Difference between Leadership and Management
Leadership and management are two terms that are often used interchangeably, but they have different meanings and implications. In this article, we will explore the difference between leadership and management, and how they relate to each other in a business context.
Leadership is the ability to inspire and influence others to work together towards a common goal. Leaders create a vision for the future, formulate strategies to achieve it, and empower people to overcome obstacles and challenges. Managers are also responsible for ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, maintaining quality standards, and resolving conflicts. Managers are often detail-oriented, analytical, and consistent.
