I need this research for my university, the subject is about Human resources and human managing, what I need at first is that how all this started an introduction on the increasing importance of the human factor in management should be made and the concepts analyzed and when and the evolution of management in an organization.
It is then necessary to show the evolution from the classical perception of the human factor from the point of view of Taylorism and describe the contribution of Mayo’s research.
Then define human resources and human capital as part of the intellectual capital of the organization.
